1. About Axis Pte Ltd
Axis Pte Ltd is a Fiji-based provider of rigid plastic packaging products and related packaging services. Our product range includes bottles, tubes, jars, jerry cans, cubes, pails, caps, pumps, sprays and airless systems, together with customised packaging services.
2. Products and Services
We supply standard and customised packaging solutions for a variety of business and product requirements.
Our specialised services may include custom tool and mould design, packaging project management, graphic design, screen printing, product labelling, diptube cutting, custom colours and customised packaging solutions.
Product availability, colours, dimensions, specifications and services may vary depending on stock, manufacturing requirements and project requirements.
3. Quotations
All quotations provided by Axis Pte Ltd are based on the information available at the time the quotation is prepared.
Unless otherwise stated in the quotation, prices, availability, production requirements and lead times may be subject to confirmation before an order is accepted.
Any changes requested by the customer after a quotation has been issued may result in revised pricing, production requirements or delivery timelines.
4. Orders
An order will be considered accepted once it has been confirmed by Axis Pte Ltd.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including product specifications, quantities, colours, artwork, printing requirements and delivery information, are correct before approval.
Changes requested after an order has entered production may not always be possible and may result in additional charges.
5. Customised Products
Custom-made, printed, labelled, coloured or specially manufactured packaging is produced according to customer-approved specifications.
Customers must carefully review and approve all relevant designs, dimensions, artwork, colours, samples and specifications before production begins.
Once customised production has commenced, orders may not be cancelled or modified unless agreed to in writing by Axis Pte Ltd.
6. Artwork and Design Approval
Where artwork, graphics, labels or printing services are provided, the customer is responsible for checking all information before final approval.
This includes:
- Product names and descriptions
- Logos and branding
- Spelling and grammar
- Colours and design layout
- Barcodes and product information
- Regulatory or legally required information
Production may proceed once the customer has provided final approval.
7. Intellectual Property
Customers must ensure that they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, artwork, images, designs or other intellectual property supplied to Axis Pte Ltd.
The customer remains responsible for any intellectual property supplied for use in custom packaging, printing or labelling projects.
Original materials, concepts, moulds, tooling or designs developed by Axis Pte Ltd remain subject to any separate agreement entered into between Axis and the customer.
8. Product Availability
Axis maintains stock across many of its core product lines; however, availability may vary. Selected products and projects may be available with faster turnaround depending on stock levels and production requirements.
We reserve the right to substitute, discontinue or modify product ranges where necessary.
9. Lead Times
Any production, manufacturing or delivery times provided are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise.
Lead times may be affected by factors including:
- Product availability
- Production schedules
- Custom manufacturing
- Printing or labelling requirements
- Supplier availability
- Shipping and freight
- Customs or logistical delays
- Events outside our reasonable control
Axis Pte Ltd will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant delays.
10. Delivery
Customers must provide accurate delivery information when placing an order.
Risk associated with delivery may pass to the customer in accordance with the delivery arrangement agreed for the particular order.
Customers should inspect products promptly after receiving them and notify Axis Pte Ltd of any apparent shortages, damage or incorrect goods within a reasonable period.
11. Quality
Axis Pte Ltd applies quality-control procedures throughout relevant stages of manufacturing, inspection and shipping to help ensure products are supplied according to agreed specifications.
Minor variations may occur between production batches, particularly in customised colours, printing, dimensions or materials where such variations are considered commercially acceptable.
12. Product Suitability
Customers are responsible for confirming that the selected packaging is suitable for their intended product, contents, storage conditions, transport conditions and intended use.
Where required, customers should conduct appropriate compatibility, filling, sealing, transport and shelf-life testing before commercial use.
Advice provided by Axis Pte Ltd is intended to assist customers in selecting packaging solutions but does not replace testing or regulatory assessment required for a customer's specific product.
13. Payments
Payment terms will be specified in the applicable quotation, invoice or order confirmation.
Customers must make payments in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
Axis Pte Ltd may suspend production, delivery or further supply where payment obligations have not been met.
14. Cancellations and Returns
Standard stock products may only be returned where agreed by Axis Pte Ltd and subject to the condition of the goods.
Custom-made, specially ordered, printed, labelled, moulded or customised products generally cannot be returned or cancelled after production has commenced unless the products do not comply with the agreed specifications.
Any return must receive prior approval from Axis Pte Ltd.
15. Claims and Defects
Customers should inspect goods after delivery.
If a customer believes that goods are damaged, defective or materially different from the agreed specifications, they should contact Axis Pte Ltd promptly and provide relevant order details, photographs and other information reasonably required to assess the issue.
Where a valid claim is accepted, Axis Pte Ltd may determine an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair, credit or another mutually agreed solution.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Axis Pte Ltd will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use, resale or application of products supplied.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
17. Website Information
We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. However, product images, colours, specifications and descriptions are provided for general information and may differ slightly from actual products.
Axis Pte Ltd may update, modify or remove website content without prior notice.
18. Third-Party Suppliers
Axis Pte Ltd works with international suppliers and continually explores sourcing opportunities to improve quality, service, reliability and value.
Certain products, materials or components may therefore be affected by international supplier availability, manufacturing schedules or shipping conditions.
